Area of low pressure located east of the Bahamas will dissipate and a new area of low pressure will develop east of the previous low pressure will begin a slow movement to the northwest. Upper level winds are not favorable for development...but could gradually acquire subtropical characteristics over the next few days. Areas from eastern Florida to southeast Virginia need to monitor the progress of this system as forecast models do bring this low closer to the east coast by early next week.
Elsewhere...tropical storm development is not expected within the next 36 hours.
